The Associated General Contractors of America  (AGC) developed and  LGI offers their Lean Construction Education Program (LCEP) so regional Construction professionals at all experience levels can learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into a Lean Operating System. Train with LGI and sit locally for the online qualifying exam.

1. AGC Lean 101 – 50 min. online – FREE
2. Variation in production systems- half day
3. Pull in production -half day
4. Lean work structuring
5. The  last planner system – half day
6. Lean supply chain and assembly – one day
7. Main design and preconstruction – half day
8. Problem solving principles and tools – 6 hours
9. CM-Online Lean Prep Course (optional) – 3 hours self-paced

Note: Prior to the three-year anniversary of successful completion/awarding of the credential, the CM-Lean holder must submit thirty (30) hours of Lean Construction-related continuing education (CE) hours directly to AGC to maintain the credential.

35 hours of mandatory AGC training + optional online review and assistance with AGC qualifying online exam application. Proof of completion of all 7 units is required to be submitted with your application to sit for the online exam. Online exam fee is payable directly to AGC.

LGI offers Lean Construction certificate credential required training and online prep course package for USD$2400. Does not include online exam fee of USD$575  payable directly to ACG upon approval of your application
