Our story
In 10 years LGI has worked with over 1000 people on a wide variety of Gemba projects in heavy manufacturing, healthcare, supply chain, construction and pro bono lean awareness events for other not for profits, schools, UAE Ministry of Education sponsored STEM activities and university eMBA programs.
Presented LGI’s strategic A3 to Jim Womack, John Shook and other Board Members of LEI and the executive directors of Lean Global Network (LGN) in order for LGI to become LGN affiliate. This was a challenge as LGI serves a region of 11 countries and the LGN model is based on each institute serving a single country.
